The Beauty of Learning New Slang

Charisse is my co-worker. She is a young, african american girl. She is very funny and entertains me during the day with her wild and interesting behavior. In other words, she's black, ghetto, and can shake that booty! Actually, Risse is cool. I love listening to her talk. This if the first time in my life that I'm working with Black people...as funny and weird as that sounds. She always has the funniest stories and just her dialect entertains me. Take for example her craving for chicken wings: "I be loving me some chicken wings" or her "I know dats rite!" after every positive thing someone says. My favorite one is "O NO!" and "OKAY!" as if disagreeing/agreeing after you say something true.

Music on my fucked-up minidisc playlist right now:

Bebot - Black Eyed Peas
Easy Ride (Tracy Young Club Remix) - Madonna
My Lumps - Black Eyed Peas
Get this party started (Smooth Criminal remix) - Pink
Pon de replay - Rihanna
Mommy - Missy Elliott
Din Daa daa - George Kranz
Always be my baby (Reggaeton remix) - Mariah Carey
Don't Cha (Peter rauhofer club mix) - Pussycat Dolls

Bebot Makes me wanna Shake It

Im sittin at my desk, just browsing online stores and sites. I have been wanting to get a new digital music player. I have a Sony minidisc player, but for some reason, it's fucked up and it won't let me save anymore music onto the discs. Either my computer is not transferring data out, or the player is fucked. I saw this really cool Ipod thingy for under 100 bucks on ebay.com I only wonder if these items sold through ebay are worthy of my money.

Im completely obsessed with the song "Bebot" by the Black Eyed Peas. The album is great...I find myself dancing to that song everytime I hear it. It's funny how I catch myself rocking my head from side to side each morning on the metro...lol. I hope no one thinks Im an idiot..too late! Another song worth checking out is "My Lumps". "Dum Diddly" is my third favorite song, but it was so overplayed on the show So You Think You Can Dance, that I've grown a bit tired of it. If anyone has not seen SYTYCD, pleaseeeeee check it out! It's on wednesday nights on FOX....
