The New Apartment

It's only a couple weeks before I move. Getting anxious, but at the same time a little nervous. I had to fill out an application last week for the apartment where we're going to be living in D.C. I was a bit concerned about getting accepted, but just two days ago, they called to say everything came through. All I need now is to get this letter notarized which states that I am currently living at home and that I pay no rent. Both my parents signed it. The apartment sounds realy cool. Luis faxed me the floor plans and it looks big and spacious. He says it's really nice. Apparently it has two floors and it has two bedrooms with bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. The floors are hardwood, which is going to make me so happy. I've always wanted to live in a house with hardwood floors. The part of town where the apartment is located is apparently also nicer. The house where luis lives now is cool, but the part of town is kinda ghetto. I wouldn't care either way...I just wanna live with him. The new apt. is surrounded by a couple of embassys...uh oh.
